***Important Update on Our Rewards Program**** 

 

 

Hello everyone! 

 

I wanted to reach out personally to share an important update regarding our rewards program. Unfortunately, due to ongoing functionality issues with our software provider on this feature, I have had to make the difficult decision to discontinue our rewards program. Over half of our clients have not been receiving points as intended this year, and since this issue is beyond my control I have no ability to fix it.

 

I have brought this matter to Wellness Living's attention, and while they assure me they are working on a fix, there is currently no timeline for a resolution. Until I am confident that the system is fully functional, I regret to say that we must discontinue the rewards program until further notice. 

 

Please know that I truly appreciate your continued support and loyalty. I will keep exploring new ways to show my gratitude and to be able to reward you for being a valued part of our community. I hope to bring the rewards program back as soon as possible and will keep you updated on any developments.

By joining our rewards program, you will earn points in multiple ways, giving you an opportunity to accumulate points and redeem them for free class credits.

 

Start earning points now and unlock the rewards and benefits that are coming your way! Enrollment requires no extra work on your end. You will automatically start collecting points as soon as you create an account with Rising Om Yoga.  You can track and monitor your rewards in your profile (on the web or in our app) and have the convenient ability to redeem them any time you wish.

Rewards Program Details:

 

Earning Points:

 

  • Purchases: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent at our studio

  • Attendance: Earn 5 points for every class you attend

  • Reviews: Earn 10 points for every review you leave us on Google or Wellness Living (limit 2 reviews X month)

 

Redemption:

 

  • Every 1,000 points earns you a $10 studio credit. 

  • If you are on a recurring membership, you can apply this $10 reward to your membership fee. 

  • Points will expire on December 31st of each year

  • **Reward values are subject to change at any time**

 

 

Program Guidelines:

  • Customers must create an account and download our app to start earning points.

  • Points are awarded automatically for eligible purchases, attendance and reviews.

  • Points are not transferrable between customers.

  • To redeem points, visit your Profile > Rewards section in our app. Once redeemed, you will have the option to apply your free class on your next online purchase.

  • Rewards points will expire at the end of every year so be sure to use them in time.
